How did I get here?
Systemic counseling
For more than 18 years, I have been helping people understand the interconnectedness of an entire (family) system and to find more successful paths.
Promoting resilience
Overcoming fears, accepting new challenges, strengthening self-confidence, developing social skills, building mental strength... All this also takes place in courses for sensorimotor and psychomotor skills, which I was able to teach for over 20 years.
