Through clear communication, feasible rituals, understandable rules, consistent and loving support, positive feedback and a suitable reward system, we strengthen your child's self-regulation.

Transforming resistance into cooperation – understandable and efficient

Stop constant arguments - minimize (sibling) disputes

Stop constant discussions - minimize disputes

The key here is: active listening, needs recognition, understandable rules, clear (communication) structures, appropriate behavior.

Stop the frustration cycle: Breathe, check, choose.

Setting boundaries with love

Behavioral problems in children - recognizing, understanding, and lovingly supporting them

Your child is: too shy, too aggressive, too self-critical, too sensitive, too angry, too chatty, too unfocused, too oppositional, too demanding, too anxious, too caring, too strong-willed... There's a good reason for it! And I'm happy to explore that reason and help your child develop healthier and more positive behaviors.

Recognizing feelings, finding solutions

Is your child an outlier?

If your child is exhibiting behavioral problems in the emotional or social sphere, they need help as soon as possible. Often, due to a negative experience, the child has developed certain behavioral patterns to protect themselves from (perceived) danger or the recurring unpleasant feeling. Through repeated (perceived) danger or avoidance of unpleasant feelings, these behavioral patterns become automatic. Consequently, they are also active outside of perceived danger or in everyday situations.

Approximately 15% of all children develop [a developmental issue] during their course of life.

their lifelong behavioral disorders

Initially, your child may exhibit needs-driven behavior. Later, this can develop into a very detrimental learned behavior.

Behavioral training for children

General behavior is characterized by inner (psychological, neurological and hormonal) factors and outer stimuli (Caregivers, environmental influences). How a child develops depends very strongly on the relationship between the presence of risk factors and protective factors.

Both by resolving emotional, social or cognitive blocks, and by changing inner motivation, resilience can be strengthened and your child's self-esteem increased.

Signaling

In cases of behavioral problems in the emotional or social sphere, the caregivers play the most important role within the critical situation:

  • How much attention is paid to the child's emotions?
  • Is behavior limited in the critical situation?
  • How good is the relationship between the parties involved?
  • Are solution strategies being developed?
  • Is overexertion being detected?
  • and much more.
